Atalanta (2011) This piece took the spectator on a 15-minute walk through the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford. Guided by a voice in the earphones and video footage matching the pathway, the audiences discovered a story based around the mythical Greek runner Atalanta.
Commissioned as part of the Cultural Olympiad leading up to the London 2012 Olympic games the piece reflected on the continuing challenges that contemporary women face in sport.
